Galactic Relief Imperial Expeditionary Force (G.R.I.E.F.)

In the grim aftermath of the Badab War, the Segmentum Ultima bore countless scars – entire plants laid waste, civilizations sundered, and populations displaced by the chaos of rebellion and the Warp. Among the shattered remnants of the conflict, a small cadre of the Lamenters chapter of Space Marines see an opportunity to reclaim their honour and purpose. Thus was founded the Galactic Relief Imperial Expeditionary Force (G.R.I.E.F.), an anomaly in the Imperium, a union of missionaries, mercenaries, and misfits, with selfless ideals and pragmatic alliances.
